Cookies are small text files stored in your browser that help websites remember information about your visit. This policy explains exactly which cookies Soneka uses, what each one does, and how you can control them. Soneka uses first-party cookies only — we do not work with any advertising networks or third-party tracking services. This policy was last updated on March 14, 2026.

Types of Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies

These cookies are required for Soneka to function. They cannot be disabled because without them you would not be able to log in or use the platform securely.
Because these cookies are strictly necessary for security and core functionality, they are set automatically and cannot be opted out of through our cookie banner.

Functional Cookies

These cookies improve your experience by remembering preferences and UI state. They are not strictly required, and you can opt out of them.

Analytics Cookies

We use first-party, anonymised analytics to understand how people use Soneka so we can improve it. We do not use Google Analytics or any advertising-based analytics platform.
Both tools are configured to:
  • Store data on EU-based servers
  • Collect no personally identifiable information
  • Honour Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals — if your browser sends a DNT header, these cookies will not be set

No Advertising Cookies

Soneka does not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or any third-party tracking technologies. We will never serve you ads based on your Soneka usage, and we do not share behavioural data with advertising networks.

How to Control Cookies

You have two ways to manage cookies on Soneka: 1. Cookie banner — When you first visit the Soneka web app, a cookie banner will appear. You can accept all cookies, accept essential cookies only, or customise your preferences. You can revisit these settings at any time from the footer of the login page. 2. Browser settings — All major browsers allow you to view, block, and delete cookies. Here are links to instructions for the most common browsers:
Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from logging into Soneka, as they are required for session authentication and security.

Changes to This Policy

If we add new cookies or change how we use existing ones, we will update this page and, for material changes, notify you via our cookie banner.
